I would recommend that you replace the notice, which is written in HTML with a JPEG snapshot of the same. The JPEG would be human readable, but not machine (ie bot) readable. Further, if the JPEG file name and the matching link reference were random, the presence of this disclaimer will not tip off net week's release of the bot software. (FE)
